Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order. Our system is inventory-based, which means if we have it in stock you can order the item. If we are out of stock on the item, you will not be able to order it. If the situation arises that we are out of an item you ordered, you will be notified and we will credit your account for that item.

To return or exchange an item, send your invoice with the package to: Penguin Shoppe 108 Madison Street, St. Louis, MO 63102. Please send information about the merchandise to be returned or exchanged and indicate if you are returning the item for a refund or exchanging it for a different color or size. Please fill out the return exchange form that is included in your original package. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Prices are subject to change without notice. You have 30 days to return or exchange an item. If the item purchased was a gift during the holiday season you have 30 days starting January 1 to make any returns or exchanges.

Please contact us immediately at (440) 328-4301 or at sales@penguinshoppe.com and we will work with you on sending out the correct item or size. When the item arrives, your package will also include a return shipping label for returning the incorrect item. You will incur no additional expense on your part for an error made on our part.

All packages are shipped via USPS and can take up to two weeks from the date your order was placed to be delivered. 

Orders can take up to 7-10 business days from the day it is placed to ship and deliver. You will receive a shipping notification (via email or text) when your order ships with information to track your order. Shipping transit times vary depending upon location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Be sure you have made a selection from the size or color drop-down boxes and also filled in the quantity field.  After you have made your selection, be sure to click on the Add to Bag button.
